Support for Your Computers and Network
If your company’s support agreement with Clocktower includes our 24×7, live-answer Service Desk, you should have received an information packet detailing the procedures to get the fastest and best support possible. Note that our Service Desk can only take calls and e-mails from customers with active accounts that include the Service Desk option. All other customers should call our main number, 508-541-6143, and press option 1 to reach our Data Engineering department. This number is not always answered live, but an engineer will return your call as time allows, consistent with the severity of your problem.
Please note that calling individual engineers will result in a slower response. When you use the methods above, even if you have to leave a voice mail, it is heard by multiple people and the first available person will respond. If you leave a voice mail in an individual mailbox, it may not be heard for an extended period of time.
