About Us

Clocktower Technology Services, Inc. is an information and communication technology company, based in Franklin, Massachusetts. We provide a host of services to businesses and divisions of 10 to 200 employees.

Founded in 2000, Clocktower began as an outsourced information technology (IT) support provider to small businesses. By 2004, the convergence of IT and communication technologies (most notibly VoIP) lead Clocktower to purchase a well-established telephone and voicemail system provider, Telecom Two.

Clokctower has always been "ahead of the curve" when it comes to business technology. We were one of the first companies in the area to earn the Microsoft Small Business Specialist certification. We were one of the leaders in the managed services revolution that changed the IT support industry. We implemented true business continuance protection for small and medium businesses years before such systems became commonplace. We're not afraid to take new roads and blaze new trails in order to help our customers succeed, but this pioneering spirit is always tempered by cautious product testing and thorough vetting of new products before we introduce them to our customers.

Now, with more and more services moving to "the cloud," Clocktower is poised to deliver highly-available hosted services from Microsoft Exchange to full-featured telephone systems.
